By using rivil.app (“the site”) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by RIVIL Solutions. You can write to us at hello@rivil.app.

2. What the site is for

The site presents RIVIL products (RIVIL ERP, RIVIL CRM, and custom solutions) and lets you request a demo. Information on the site is indicative and may change without notice. Examples and figures in screenshots are fictional.

3. Demo requests and trial period

• After you submit the form, we contact you for a call. Based on that conversation we may set up a demo environment you can use for 7 days.
• The trial is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. At the end, the environment may be closed or, if you wish to continue, we agree commercial terms separately.
• The trial environment is provided “as is” for evaluation. Please do not upload real personal or confidential data unless we agreed that in advance.
• Ongoing commercial use of the products is under a separate contract that prevails over these terms.

4. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or automated form data, or systematically copy its content.

5. Intellectual property

Site content (text, design, logo, images, code, the RIVIL name) belongs to RIVIL Solutions or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Personal data

How we process data is described in our Privacy policy, and cookies are explained in the Cookie policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes should be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, competent Romanian courts apply. If you are a consumer, you may also use alternative dispute resolution, including the EU platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page with the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
