Install the app on an Android phone with a SIM, scan a code, and you are done. Messages go out from your number, and when a client replies, the reply comes back to you.

Each location sends from its own phone
A client of your north branch gets the text from the north branch, and a client of your west branch from the west branch. You name the location, and the message goes out from the right phone.

Send from your own app, with a single request
You get a key and send messages from any app: your website, your CRM or your own software. Status updates and replies come back through signed webhooks, so your app finds out on its own what happened.

Turn on RIVIL SMS from Integrations and add phones right from the ERP. Confirmations, reminders and post-visit messages go out on their own, following your rules.
Replies show up on the client record, and calls made from the phone can go into the call log.

What people ask us
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. You pay €9.99 per month for each phone, however many texts it sends, with no bundles and no price per message. Messages go out from your own SIM, so a mobile plan with texts included is all you need on top.
What do I need to start?
An Android phone with a SIM and internet, kept on charge. Install the RIVIL SMS app, scan a code, and the phone starts sending. The app itself is in Romanian for now, and the installation guide walks you through it in English.
How fast does a text go out?
Within seconds. You choose how many messages per minute each phone sends, up to 30, to stay within your carrier’s terms. For higher volumes, add another phone.
I have several locations. How are messages split?
Each location has its own phone, and the message goes out from that location’s phone. Messages with no location go out from the company’s default phone. You pay for the phones you connect: three locations with one phone each come to €29.97 per month.
Can I use RIVIL SMS without the ERP?
Yes. Connect it to your own app through the API, with a key you get from us. If you have RIVIL ERP, it connects directly from Integrations.
Who am I allowed to text?
People who have agreed to receive messages from you. For promotional messages, you need their explicit consent.
