How to read the numbers
CAC
Customer acquisition cost: what you spend on ads and sales, divided by how many new customers you win.
LTV
Profit a customer brings while they stay with you: order value times your margin, over the relationship.
The ratio
If a customer returns at least 3 times what they cost to win, you usually have room to spend more on ads. A rule of thumb, not a law.
See customer cost on every campaign
RIVIL CRM ties ad spend to leads and payments collected, so you see cost per lead and ROAS by campaign, not one blended average. We can walk through it on your data.
