What is CRM?
Customer Relationship Management
A CRM is software where you track people who might buy from you and every conversation: where they came from, who called, and what stage they are in.
Example
Someone fills out a form on your site, another person calls after an ad, a third writes on WhatsApp. A CRM brings them into one place, shows who spoke with each, and what happens next.
Why it matters
Without a CRM, leads sit in inboxes and spreadsheets, and when someone leaves, the history leaves too. A CRM helps you stop losing inquiries and see which campaigns bring customers.
ERP and CRM
CRM covers what happens before someone becomes a customer; ERP covers what happens after. You can use one without the other, but they work well together.
