Tooth status by surface
FDI numbering, permanent, primary, or mixed dentition. Select teeth (or a full arch), add a condition or procedure from one search, and mark items resolved or completed.
Save evaluations (initial or checkup) with notes and recommendations and return to them anytime. Adding findings and closing them are separate permissions: assistant completes, clinician closes.

Treatment plans with options, stages, and clear pricing
Build the plan by tooth with stages and options (A, B); the patient accepts or declines with a reason. After acceptance the structure locks, and each completed item updates the chart.
Price can adjust by percent with rounding and revert to the original. Create a quote, link appointments, and print for the patient.
