No. The store runs on a public API: your team or ours can build the frontend you want. Catalog, stock, orders, and payments stay in ERP.
How do orders reach ERP?
Checkout sends the order straight into ERP with customer, lines, payment, and address. Stock decrements immediately.
Which carriers do you support?
Major carriers can be integrated: generate labels from the order, print, and track: with test mode. Need another carrier? We build the integration at no extra charge.
Which payment providers?
Stripe and others, plus COD and bank transfer: each with test and live. Another provider or method? We integrate it at no extra charge.
Are invoices automatic?
Your choice: one click or automatic at a step you pick. Invoices come from ERP billing: no retyping order data.
Can I run multiple stores?
Yes. Each store is a channel with its own catalog, prices, shipping, and copy: shared stock and customers.
What about existing customers?
If they register with an email ERP already knows, the account links after they confirm email; history follows.
